| September 26, 2020 - Pair of runner-up finishes in Autumn Clash at Casino Speedway |
 Matt made the trip to the Casino Speedway in Watertown, SD over the weekend to compete in the Autumn Clash. Friday night, he ran fourth in his heat race and then worked his way forward from his 11th starting spot to finish a close second when the checkered flag flew. Saturday, he ran second in his heat race, which earned him the 6th starting spot in the night's feature. | September 12, 2020 - Matt Gilbertson lands a pair of fourth place finishes in John Seitz Memorial |
 Matt entered action at the John Seitz Memorial at the River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, ND over the weekend and came home with a pair of top five finishes for his efforts. Friday night, he raced from 7th to 5th in his heat race and then charged forward in the night's main event to race from 14th up to a 4th place finish. And on Saturday night, he started third and ran second in his heat before starting fifth and coming home with his second straight 4th place finish when the checkered flag flew. | September 6, 2020 - Gilbertson grabs invitational victory in ABC Raceway debut |
 Matt kicked off his Labor Day weekend with a rare trip to the ABC Raceway in Ashland, WI on Thursday night for the track's Prelude to the Clay special event and raced away with a clean sweep of the event, his first ever win at the track. He won his heat race from the outside of the front row, redrew the pole for the feature and lead every lap, withstanding heavy pressure from several competitors to pick up the invitational victory! After taking Friday night off, he made his way to the Viking Speedway in Alexandria, MN for the annual Fallen Linesman race and after running second in his heat race, he started 7th in the main and worked his way up to a 4th place finish for his efforts. Then on Sunday, he made the trip back to the Casino Speedway in Watertown, SD and won his heat race before starting 8th in the main event but unfortunately falling out of the race before the checkered flag flew.
