Sixth-place finish in John Seitz Memorial opener at River Cities

Matt entered the Modified portion of the John Seitz Memorial weekend at the River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, ND this past weekend, which kicked off on Thursday night.

Thursday, he raced from 5th up to 2nd in his heat race and then started 8th in the main event and raced his way to a 6th place finish. Friday, he ran fifth in his heat, won the b-main and then worked his way from 18th up to finish 11th in the $3,092 to win Al Delaine Memorial event and Saturday night, he ran third in his heat race before starting 16th and falling out of the race before the checkered flag flew.
